Grassland Management – The Background:
Grassland Management is an interactive learning resource (see my other projects). Covering the growth and structure of the grass plant. Providing useful concepts for grazing management theory.
I produced the nine-part tutorial alongside subject experts at the University of Nottingham. With further learning materials provided by colleagues at the University of Aberdeen. Plus, Massey University in New Zealand.
The tutorial is for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Hosted through Moodle.
The resource introduces important units covering a range of topics. Topics include; Vegetative Plant and Reproductive Structure, and Leaf Growth and Death.
The resource features review exercises at the end of each chapter. Helping to reinforce understanding.
Students can explore grass and root structure using interactive animations and videos.
The Results:
