What is your USP as a marketing consultant?

I specialise in providing marketing consulting services to help education and telco brands thrive. With more than 15 years of experience in these industries, I have a deep understanding of the challenges organisations face. I can engage in authentic conversations about technology, products, and industry developments. Most importantly, I can offer effective strategies to help brands unlock new business opportunities.

What services do you provide?

I provide a wide range of freelance marketing services to help organisations of all sizes, including digital, content, and data-focused solutions. You can see my individual services in the section above.

Can you work on-site at my place of business?

No. I work 100% remotely, which allows me to work flexibly alongside my other clients from across the UK and overseas. I can dial in remotely to your organisation, via video calls, to provide project updates and work alongside members of your team.

How do I hire you?

Contact me to kick-off the process. Remember to provide your name, organisation details, and an outline of the services you require.

Do you provide a monthly retainer service?

Absolutely. One of the key benefits of working with freelancers is you can work with them as little, or as often as your business requires. I can provide my services to you on a one-off project basis, or I can work for you across a set number of hours or days. I even provide a monthly retainer service, where I can work for your business for a set period of time each month. This helps your organisation to control how much you spend and you only ever pay for the work you need doing.

What is your background?

After graduating with First Class Honours in Interactive Media, I worked for two of the UK’s top universities spending nine wonderful years in Higher Education designing and developing digital solutions, while also supporting high-level marketing activities.

I then moved into telecoms for four years, where I worked for the UK’s largest independent full fibre infrastructure builder, supporting B2B marketing activities within the wholesale channel. I managed a portfolio of over twenty clients, delivering tailored marketing strategies that contributed towards our marketing team generating over £2M (TCV) in a calendar year.

Following this, I joined an award-winning digital learning agency, based in London, leading their marketing activities, which included content development, digital marketing, web development, direct marketing, event management, and stakeholder engagement.

Why should I work with a freelancer?

Organisations are increasingly hiring freelance professionals, like me, to help bridge skill gaps, streamline recruitment processes, and reduce hiring expenses. Read my blog which covers all the benefits your organisation can unlock by employing freelancers over full-time members of staff.

Could you work with my existing marketing team?

Of course. Building the right relationships within an organisation is really important to me. I can get to know you and your marketing team with the long-term aim of becoming an extension of your in-house marketing team. I also have lots of experience with working alongside sales and product teams.

How will you keep in contact with me?

I’m passionate about providing a high-level of customer service and communication is an integral part of this. I will keep your organisation continuously updated throughout our project through a combination of email, Teams, and project management software (Asana) updates. I will also provide you with my phone number after we sign off on our project together, so you can call me during business hours. We can also schedule some catch-up calls throughout the lifecycle of your project.
